Around 90 videos a month: roughly 30 long form tutorials of 10 minutes or more,
and 60 short form videos of 1 to 2 minutes. Everything starts as a raw screen
recording and gets cut for pace, clarity and retention.

Invest Daily
Invest Daily is a financial content channel with around 4,000 subscribers. The source material is long form podcasts with financial experts. The output is structured YouTube videos built from the parts actually worth watching Most of the work happened before the timeline.
A podcast runs long and only some of it carries. So the first pass was research:
listening the whole thing through, finding the moments where an expert says something specific and useful, and cutting everything around them. Getting that wrong means a technically clean edit that nobody watches.
The second pass was the visual layer. Every claim gets footage that matches what is being said, and the footage has to be short. If the speaker says gold is bleeding value in the market, that is gold bars on screen with a chart heading down, held for two seconds, then gone. Long stock clips lose people. B roll has to land the point and get out of the way.
